Well I started a 90 day challenge today at Canyon Crossfit. Ummm ... I weighed in at 145.4 lbs. I am choosing to do the primal diet for this ... however, as long as I eat clean I'm not too concerned with what diet I am on.
Today I ate filet mignon, zucchini, onions and ... uh oh, don't tell anyone ... but I also had some fried rice. Hey, it was my birthday lunch at Benihana's. So freaking good!! I ate leftovers for dinner (wasn't much) and then I also made paleo pancakes. Surprisingly they are really good =)
At Crossfit I did 4 rounds of 250m run, 10 jumping squats, 10 jumping lunges, 10 burpees. Sounds easy right? Yeah, it's really not!! It's ok. I'll be good again one day. I just recovered from a broken arm (a few months ago hahaha) so give me time.
Yep, my blog is a lil boring tonight but I am only using this blog to track my progress and to track what I eat. Accountability!!!
90 day goals are: get my first pullup, 80 unbroken pushups, and to fit into my size 4 jeans perfectly! I only have 90 days ... wish me luck!
